#5) An undiagnosed food allergy:  Rashes and chronic digestive problems are a sign of a food allergy but so is excess weight gain.  If you eat foods that you are allergic to it can cause inflammation which can make you retain fluids.  Some common foods that can trigger allergies are wheat, gluten and dairy.

#4) Food packaging:  BPA and PVC are in some of the plastics and the lining of cans that store our food.  BPA, PVC and pesticides slow your metabolism.

BPA- “bisphenol A” – This is a compound that they have used in hard plastic bottles and metal cans since the 1960′s.  BPA is most dangerous for babies and young children, but everyone should avoid it.  Check the little triangle on the bottom of the plastic bottles.  If it has number “7″ or a number “3″ in the middle of it that means it has BPA.

#3) Steroids:  No, not the kind athletes use….lol.  This is the kind that they give to livestock to make them grow faster.  If a cow has steroids in its diet and you eat the cow, YOU get those steroids too.  Fat cows and fat chickens = fat people.

#2) Constant stress – This can also be caused by lack of sleep.  Stress makes the body produce a hormone called cortisol, which akes you transfer stored sugar from your liver and muscles into your bloodstream.  This makes you insulin levels go up which tells your body to store more fat.

1) Thinking about your ex doesn’t make you sad.  If you still break down in tears when you find an old t-shirt of your ex’s or hear their favorite song, give it a little more time.  But if that stuff doesn’t bother you, you are ready.

2) You’re sick of hanging out with your friends.  If you are dreading another “Girl’s Night” or you are sick of hanging out with the guys, going on a date will be a nice change of pace.

3) Everywhere you look, you see couples.  It’s just like anything else.  If you want to have a baby, you will see babies everywhere.  If you want a new Iphone, you’ll notice how many people have an Iphone.

And when you are ready for another relationship, chances are you’ll see happy couples everywhere you look…..and you’ll be disgusted!

The log position – If you sleep on your side, keeping your body perfectly straight with both arms down, it means you are a social, easy-going, trusting person…..but you can also be too gullible.

“Yearner” position – This is where you lay on your side with your arms extended out to the side.  People who sleep like this are open-minded but still cynical.  They are also stubborn about the decisions they make.

Soldier position – This is where you sleep on your back with your arms to your sides.  People who sleep like this are reserved, quiet, low-maintenance and hold themselves to a high standard.

Freefall position – If you sleep face down with your arms up near your head, you are loud, outgoing and hate being criticized. 

Starfish position – This is where you sleep on your back with your arms up near your head.  If you sleep like that, it means you are a good listener, helpful and uncomfortable being the center of attention.

1) Rock Band…You can rock out to your favorite songs together on different instuments.  Plus, you can each play at your own level of difficulty, so you are good to go even if one of you has never played before.

2) Hasbro Family Game Night… This one contains visual versions of “Sorry”, “Connect 4″ and “Boggle” for the Wii or PlayStation.

3) Lego Star Wars…or Lego Indiana Jones….. You have to work together in this one instead of playing against each other, so neither of you will feel like a loser.  It takes teamwork, communication, and cooperation which can help in your relationship too.

4) World of Warcraft….This is one of those fantasy role-playing games where you create a character and go on quests.  It’s popular with guys and girls because you can spend your time in combat slaying monsters….or not.

5) Wii Sports…Sport games are a great way to show off your competitive side, especially if you actually suck at sports.  And they have the added benefit of forcing you to get physical together, and maybe even working up a sweat.

1) Being too easy to please – Obviously, women love compliments, but if you throw out too many early on, she is just going to think you are insincere.

2) Being too focused on sex – She already knows you want to do her.  SO if you rush things, or guilt-trip her into sex, she is not going to put out……and she will question your intentions.

3) Being possessive too soon – Don’t get jealous when she hangs out with her guy friends, or spends more time with her girlfriends then you.  And if you do get jealous, at least act like you know she is entitled to her own life.

4) Being cheap – Women are drawn to men who can protect and provide for them.  It is fine to split every thrid or fourth date, but making her pay too early sends the signal that you are not the sort of guy she can have a future with.

5) Talking about exes – No woman wants to hear about your ex.  And it doesn’t matter if you are saying good things or bad things.  Either way it shows you have too much baggage.

 #3.)  MARKET OUTSIDE THE STATE.  People moving from another state are usually willing to pay more than locals . . . especially when they come from states that have higher real estate prices.
